Reel Center Pipe

This has been a good reel. Center pipe and handle broke. I don't know what brand of reel this is because all the markings are worn off.

Does anybody know what kind it is and if the center pipe and handle can be ordered?

I have the same one....but I got it from Guy and it didnt have any markings on it then.....but I still use it for my water inlet line

Hannay. I here you can get a cheap knock off at harbor freight pretty cheap.

That looks like a Hannay reel.

You can order parts, measure the width and diameter of the spool.

I think that Russ J. can probably get the parts you need.

$125 bucks. We can pick reels up all over craigslist for $50-$100.

Looks like it's going into the spare parts bin.

I thought maybe $20-$40. It's basically just a pipe with a couple of welds on it.

I wonder if you can just use a piece of pipe. Maybe a large piece of PVC?

Its got a 90 degree t weld. We would fab it ourselves but I dont trust our welds to 3000 psi

contact pesticide supply companies in your area, they use these Hannay reels almost always and will have those parts in stock usually

Use a t with a long pipe and short 4-6 in pipe on the swivel side. When you put the handle on it will block the flow from the long pipe. Most reels are assembled this way I have rebuilt many over the years and you can get the pipe at just about any hardware store.
