This slab is 5 years old. Is a surface cleaner sufficient or do we use an acid base cleaner to remove the red dirt? It is along side of the house as well. The front porch is even worse looking.
use the surface cleaner on it and then sell them a H and C stain job.It comes in a bunch of colors and is easy to apply and they will love it.Lowes sells it and Sherwin Williams also.
It is a stain so it does not pull up or tear and peel like the paint products do.I have used it just prep the surface let it dry a couple of days and roll the stain on.Durability is it will have to wear off as its part of the cement now.I had it on my back porch and it lasted for years and still looked good when we sold the house.Check it out on the web and go by and get a brochure and color chart on it.
I was reading up on it and it looks pretty good. I like the driveway sealer. Might be a good add-on service. Have you all done much of this commercially?
