Are any of you wood guys subject to EPA regs like the rest of us?
Just wondering, it would seem next to impossible to me.

I had a conversation with the VA Dept of Env Quality (DEQ) a few years ago and explained what I would be doing and they had no problem - especially since there is virtually no runoff.

No problems unless you are doing docks or a deck near a waterway.
