SC Carolina is looking at adopting new reclaim Laws for cleaning contractors.

This is not one county but a program through a coalition being pushed by the government.

SC may be the first state in the UNIon to adopt a state wide BMP?

They are looking now for contractor input; it’s amazing what power we have in numbers. If you care about your industry and lively hood you will not miss this one if you live in SC.
 
So what happened with this? Any guys on here from SC, how about fill me in on reclaim laws, residential and commercial! Please!

Bump, who do you talk to in the city or county about reclaim laws? I'll be honest I don't think they would know even if I called the people who were supposed to regulate it.

Since I'll only be doing residential I will only have to worry about driveway run off, right?

Do you have to vacuum the water or can you just divert or put up a berm or drain stop and let it evaporate?

What do you residential guys do?
