Reality show coming to my town..Maybe a PW one down the road???

I go to this Bagel place almost every morning after my guys go out to start there day. I am a person of repetition. In comes this Youngster and we start shooting the breeze. He's a rapper who happens to own a few Tanning salons on the island including one in my town. Check him out on the net. You'll see one of the guys on his video was a Soprano's actor who played a captain in the Soprano family who got wacked. He was on for a few years.
Anyways me and this "Kid" got into talking for awhile and he tells me all about this reality show will be called Tony's family.(No not Tony Shelton...darn) Look up there bio and you will see that his family came from one tough background. He also said he promised his family it won't be like what you see going on in the Jersey shore show(I won't even go there)

Because he told me all of this today... ole Johnny boy stopped by his place this afternoon and will be seeing him tomorrow to pay him a visit.. I'm curious as to how this kid got this show because it seems like these Reality shows are a drop in the bucket.

I already connected with a few to check this out..

Can this be done in our industry?? Do we really want this anyway? Do we already need to go this way when we have enough of everything we need with these bulletin boards, Facebook, Twitter or whatever else is out there??

Who knows but its all fun.

Make it some type of format that shows all the proper ways to clean roofs, low pressure clean surfaces, clean concrete, restore decks, working for property managers, hoa's, real estate agents and realistic prices. Show the confrontations between your long timers and the newbies. Show the confused looks of homeowners speaking about what they "Think" our services should cost as well as people like Bob Villa and his 2 cents, then show the real world application.
 
John, you can have a realty show based on trying to get an Org off the ground and staying in one .with the east coast west coast issues. We can have cameras following you and Ron at the same time to see what your both up too .Then we can have Garage cleaning Wars! The gross world of Gum removal! vent cleaning nightmares!

Truth be Told... I hate reality TV! Off all the reality shows combine, the most I seen was maybe 10 episodes of all of them. The Bounty hunter with probably 4-5 Times being the most. Except for sports which is the best reality TV of them all and I don't even watch that much anymore..

If there ever was a Powerwashing reality show It would have to be along the lines of what AlwaysAqua said above.. The problem would be this--- would enough people watch it??

Yea sure why not....umm problem with that though... You,me,Jim gamble,and Ron would be tossed probably after...umm the first episode?? Oh yea a few of us should check our firearms in at the door before taping..lol. Wait Ron couldn't be kicked out cause he would have to be the host..

How about we start a show where we get to fire everyone and then fire ourselves.. Wait Donald Trump has a show like that..but can he fire himself if his wig fell off??

So what a guy was told to put his arms up and he doesn't understand English and he brings out his wallet when within a flash one cop trips and fires off a round and then 40 others go off. 41 shots later there's death in the doorway..
When I heard these jokes on the inside that went like this "did you Moniker Lewinsky got another ticket and the other officer says what for? And the answer was because she BLEW another stop sign thats when the job was fun.

When I heard the joke "how come you shot the guy 16 times and the answer is "well duh there was only 16 rounds in my pistol" I new my end was near.. On the flip side when I found out at a union presidents meeting that the state was looking to fire a cop with 32 years on who was critically wounded and was trying in vain to come back because he didn't want to go out like that and the state said it's taken longer then year and he should be terminated... That's when the fight in me left. A good cop who wants to come back and the state wants to fire him...

There 2 sides to every coin...and to put it this way..after 2 official times trying to retire on my job.. The third time..was the charm.. Free at last

I personally don't think that a reality show for pressure washing would do very well. People like seeing action and drama on reality shows. It might be good for the home and garden tv station but I can't picture it on the History Channel or A & E.
