I'm not sure if I like this idea. its and attention getter alright, just not sure the people picking them up are the right customers?

Dont know if I have a positive outlook on this type of marketing.

They're great for Home Shows. Mine is a coupon for $100 off a Platinum Package.

I don't play the joke on the prospect, that starts things off on a negative vibe. I hand them to people unfolded and show them how they can use them on their friends. I tell them "Don't leave them laying around here as a joke because some big redneck will come beat my butt." They laugh and I give them two, one to redeem and one to play with.

I met a guy last week who still had his in his wallet. He shows it to people all the time.

They are kind of cool. I would just have to figure out how to target with them. I don't do ANY shotgun marketing.. such a waste of money.

Zero cold calling.

About 70% of my business is from referrals and the rest is internet driven by way of direct mailing. When I first started, all I did was cold call.. for years actually. I had very good results cold calling, but when you are a one man show, you simply run out of time and must learn how to advertise effectively.

I have thought about offering different packages also for different levels of services. Any info how you sell on that.
Do you tell them of the different levels first, or get the estimate together with the 3 prices and then break it to them?
