Vetran Washer 30 Years Plus
I have a beautiful little 2 bedroom 1.5 bath 1 car garage Home in FL for sale. My long time renters are moving out and I would like to sell it but these times suck for selling anything.

I thought that I would throw this out there and offer a Raffle to own this house for $100.00 per ticket and only 1500 tickets will be sold. This would be a great opportunity for Chris Chappell as he wins everything LOL.:rotflmao:

If I thought I could sell 1500 tickets I would do this and also donate 10% of the money from the sale after exspenses to PWI to fund further R/T and seminars.

Hurricane crank down shutters on all windows, sliders and doors, new roof, new a/c, gutted and new interior including all appliances, in ground sprinklers and well water hooked to spinkler system, Since these pictures were taken there have been all new window treatments put in and all new wall to wall carpeting and new fans and light fixtures in all rooms. Very low monthly cost to live in this home. Or this home will be up for rent as of Jan 1st 2010. $100.00 is only 1 round of drinks at Masters !!

Well thats 1 only 1499 left hurry before there all gone!! These are great odds and It would be drawn by someone other than my self, there would only be a number associated with the ticket and no name.:yes4:

How about PWI pays me monthly out of a pool that members pay into, and we make a time share out of it. You also get access to the gulf of mexico while you are here.:grin:

I tell you what Ron you run it so that I have nothing to do with handeling the money or tickets. Then you can sell tickets at the round tables and on line directly to you. If i am out of the mix there will be no question about the fairness of this.
 
I think it would be real easy to sell 1500 tickets and you can buy as many as you like bringing your odds up.
I will gaurantee $5000.00 to PWI to help off set the cost of R/T.
 
How long will tix be sold? Is there a cut off date? What if you dont sell all 1500?
 
Don't want to muddy the water but I tried to do this in Indiana several years ago. Said it was a game of chance and only legal if a charity was involved. I made the mistake of asking the AG office and threw up a flag. It got so complicated I said the hell with it. That's what I got for trying to do it right. If I had to do it over I'd just do it and wait until someone made me stop.

That said I'm in for 1 ticket if you get it figured out.
 
Well as long as theres a donation to a non profit org it's leagal. So we can just pick a charity to donate the $5000.00 to and we should be good to go? Is pwi a non profit? I highly doubt that there are 1500 willing contestants here anyway. I just thought it would be a great way to sell the house and someone walks away with a clear title on a home for $100 bucks.

Leave it up to the government to tell you what you can and cant do with your own property.

I would be willing to bet that if we pushed this idea on all the BB that we are associated with and the R/T in M/B we would sell out quick. So I would say it's either worth 100 bucks to ya or its not.
