Quoting Commercial

Here is a pic of an Eckerd near my house. The building could use a cleaning and I need to develop some commercial work for my business. How do you quote this type of work? Any suggestions for cleaning methods? I have been doing residential work. Before I approach anyone about a commercial job I want to be confident my numbers aren't way out of line and I can perform the work well.

Russ,

Here are some measurements on the building. It is 86'W X 140'L X 24'H. The peak on the front is about 28'H. Total square footage on the sidewalks is 2,043s.f. The curbs run 327'. The dumpster pad is 513 s.f. The stucco portions of the building are EIFS. The sides have about 14' of block going up with 10' of stucco above that.

Some concerns I have about washing the building are proper cleaner to use, not damaging the signs with anything, etc. Would anyone consider using ladders on this or would you go with a lift?

Someone is already cleaning the flatwork and doing a good job. I would quote cleaning the building once per year and the flatwork once per month.
