Quick Roof Question

Depending on how old the roof is, what WILL happen is that the Spot Cleaning you do will lift out any other pollutants such as dirt etc... and leave that area looking much cleaner. The treatment/Cleaning ingredients will not lighten the color on the shingles though it may appear that way compared to the darker areas that were not Cleaned.
 
I have cleaned sections of roof but always the whole section, like the front not the back and vise versa

I always try to tell them just because you dont see stains now, they are forming and you will have stains within months and then you will have wished you did the whole roof
 
On the rare occasion where I do agree to only clean one side, I won't warranty the clean because of the possibility of contamination from the unclean sections.
 
Exactly what I do. I will evaluate what they need. Then I will evaluate what they want. Then I evaluate what they can afford and price accordingly. Of coarse the warranty will not be there for them, some agree and others do not. For the ones who do not agree and want their cake, pie, beef stroganoff and whatever else on one plate for the low price of $99 and are still waiting for the line..."And Thats Not All" I refer them to the labor pool at work force...
 
I just had a guy call not 10min ago who wanted one side of his Vinyl sided home washed because of noticable green mold. Long story short,,,,We are Cleaning the whole house on Tuesday of next week. Really??? :idea: Do you only have the drivers side of your car washed cause its the only side you ever see???
