The female end of the quick disconnect looks like some ball bearings are missing. My tips keep getting blown off when using the gun. I read about the O-ring, but is this the only issue? When I push the attachment into the disconnect, it will push down, and the sleeve will come up with some help. Please see the attached images. Thoughts suggestions?
