Hey guys, I've used the F13 and liquid potassium hydroxide before, but I found a nearby source for dry potassium hydroxide flakes at a fairly good price. What strength or pounds per gallon to get a mix similar to f13? Anybody know?

What do you use potasium hydroxide for?

Pat is the Grim Reaper! :yikes:pretty wicked stuff, found this sentence on Wiki under applications:

KOH is also used in a process commonly referred to as "chemical cremation" which hastens the decomposition process of soft tissues (both animal and human), leaving behind only bones.

Potash is a protein killer :woot:

I think you can mix it for strength, but the more important part is that you need to have a really good surfactant. It will make the KOH work better, and make it "Lie" better so that where it is applied, it will not puddle, for lack of a better term.
