Question about the sauce mix??

Chris how you doing? Good i hope....Listen i mixed up so of the sauce mix but i took your recipe and made it only for 5 gallons just for a small test area. Now im not sure if i mixed it wrong or what happend but i did 2.5 gallons water, .5 lbs of tsp, .5 lbs of borax and 2.2 gallons of chlorine. now when i look at your pics it shows the mixture turning white as it cleans and when i just tested a moldy spot on my a/c pad it really didnt do anything as far as turn colors. Now im not sure but i think that the chlorine would have dont the same thing if it was just chlorine and water so im not sure if that i had the mix wrong or not. I also tried it on a moldy/mildew stain on a piller under the roof and it took it a lil but off but its still stained and by your pics it cleans right away. just to let you know also i have coming in the mail the delavan 5800 so now you know what kinda pump i have. haha......so maybe im doing something wrong im not sure but anyway hope business is good and i still havent made it up to that resturuant yet but maybe sometime soon..haha

I'm not a roof cleaner but I know that the cement pad your AC is sitting on is not the same as a roof. The sauce is not made for moldy cement. Have to use high pressure for it.
 
I use the same roof mix to clean concrete all the time and as soon as it hits the mold(providing u are not ds'ing it) it will turn white and stqart eating the mold. After cleaning if there are still black spores on it don't bust your but with a wand. Simply apply another coat of the mix on top and let it stay. The black will be gone in a matter of a couple minutes.

That is even stronger than "sauce" you may have gotten a bad batch of sodium hypochlorite or did you use plain bleach ?
 
Hey guys thanks for the input.....I called my supplier for the SH and he said that its about 17%. Now as far as the TSP have any of you tried the liquid form? I had a hard time to get it all to disolve so i was wondering if you have tried it and if so what would the ratio be? I get my pump tomorrow i cant wait ill let you guys know how it is even though im sure you already know....haha

Yeah i get it from a local supplier right here in psl. if you want give me a call sometime and ill fill you in. Well i get my pump today so hopefully ill get to ttest it out tonight. Maybe i had the mix right but it was just not working correctly because of the sprayer i was using im not sure but hopefully round two will be tonight.
