I have had a few customers within the last year that have exterior kitchens that vent through the roof and look like they have never been cleaned. I am going to assume and this is the question is that these systems should be treated as any commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning protocol.
Correct?
They have asked for me to clean the soot off walls, grill grease and vent grease, I have respectfully declined and referred them to consult with a commercial exhaust cleaner. I just am not sure if commercial companys deal in the area of residential. Many homes in the more affluent areas here have the exterior kitchens and vents very similar to commercial kitchens.
I have no desire to add this and would rather refer them to someone specialized in this trade.
Are commercial cleaners limiting themselves to strictly commercial or may vary per contractor?
Would like to connect with someone here locally in Sarasota/Bradenton area to refer my customers too. (currently have one in need)
Thanks for any input, much appreciated
