question about month old house wash

Need to ask question.
I washed mobile home about month ago. home owner realy picky when we clean the first time saying that we left windows were not clean that that we left mud nest stans just got left message that they want me to come out again reclean the house. So my question is this it has been month would you charge or would you just go out reclean it make them happy when there is nothing makes them happy.
 
I would go back and do it again, but only if the home owner was there. I would have him make sure it was OK before I left. An unhappy customer could cost you more than going back and doing it again.

cple was bitch just bitchdid not like the price and did not like that I used bleach to clean with I washed the house three times before I left that day. I should have taken the warning from the office of the mobile home no one make the cple happy. But you are true go back clean the house 4-5th time
 
I would not go out of my to get this repeated. If you have a job in the area then go for it. It should be pretty simple and could lead to more work in the park.

Tell them your standard terms includes a clause for guaranteed job satisfaction, if reported within 72 hours you would have returned at no charge, now it will cost them.
 
if the mildew and algae is gone then there is no need for more bleach. Use some sort of surfactant to DS onto the house, rinse it really good and you should be set.,
 
If they're still not going to be happy, your fighting a losing battle. A re-clean one month later is rediculous. Move on and find someone who will appreciate your excellent service.
 
my wife called customer and she said there was soap left on house wants it wapped off and bleach destroyed her shed which was rubber maid. Problem is that house wash I used was 2 gallons bleach and 3 gallon water little bite of apple blossom dawn and DS 4 gpm. So think she is fishing for something.

That's a pretty weak mixture. There is no way it hurt her rubber maid shed. She must be fishing for a refund
 
If you went over it 3 times that day and they OK'd it I'd stay away. We always try to get the customer to look it over before ask for payment and leave. Always a possibility we still miss something and we'd go back and fix it no charge within a few days.

She's fishing just don't take the bait.

Chances are the people they will tell already know they are impossible.
 
if you have any employees try sending one of them over there. They might have better luck in dealing with them. A customer that is known to be a pain can be great advertising. Everybody they deal with will know how they are. And if you can be that one guy that was good enough to make the grumpy butts happy then your golden.
 
Going back a month later is just their way of getting it cleaned for the party they are having that night. Seeing as your mixtures are not working well enough, pull out the x jet and mix, on site, 5 pounds caustic to one gallon of water, that should do the trick. After that, when you are ready to clean their house, dont, just stand back and laugh at them as they are dripping wet with caustic water!!
 
I would re-do it if i had work in the area only. she is trying to get something for nothing. if she didnt come home the first week and bit%h then it was good.
 
I would re do it every day if they wanted, if they paid. It is a scam!!
