These are some pictures of a guy "cleaning" a shopping center in Riverview Florida where I stopped at a subway today for a sandwich. The funny thing is I bid on 8 of these shopping centers for the company that owns them about 4 months ago. I guess I came in a "LITTLE TOO HIGH" for what they were looking for. I guess Quality is what they really want. HA HA Are you kidding me! I wasted my gas driving to all of these properties for them to hire this guy. I guess I just don't know what I am doing. I need to sell my pw rig and go buy a cart around, 500ft of dollar tree garden hose and a house broom. Chems? Nah, don't need um. Oh yes, he was sweeping the water off the sidewalk with a house broom too. In these pics you will see his hose reel(on his arm), his pw rig(aka trash collector trailer)and his cart around. Got to have the cold water unit you know. Work at night? Lunch time is much better. Got to have the people walking by while your are working!! Just throw out a few wet floor signs! What a joke!!!!

Spencer, you dont want customers who are that stupid to let a company like this, and company is not what i would call this idiot, to do work for them.

They will get what they paid for and more if he hurts someone. Screw them and move on..

Call the owner and ask him if you can do a demo on what that guy just washed. Show them the difference.

I respect Nick comments, the reason i do is there are more fish to fry.

I however enjoy turning customers like this because i have nothing better to do.LOL

I enjoy trying to beat this stuff in there head. I like the idea Nick mentioned about liability, WOW one accident can buy alot of pressure cleaning.

No to metion the damage that results from these guys.
