If you want 10 nozzles with a 25 degree and a 5.5 hole size you will order...

Tip: a number 5 nozzle does not mean that it is a 5 gallon per minute nozzle. This as become one of the industry's most common mysteries. The only time the nozzle size number (not the degree) actually represents the gallons per minute of the machine is when you are attempting to produce 4,000 PSI.
For example:
a 5 gallon per minute machine operation at 4,000 PSI would require a 1505 nozzle which is 15 degree with a #5 hole size
a 5 gallon per minute machine operation at 3,500 PSI would require a 1505.5 nozzle which is 15 degree with a #5.5 hole size.
be sure and always order from a nozzle chart or ask the company you are buying from to assist you in making the correct selection. Quite often when I am asked to help diagnosis loss or pressure problems the outcome is - they have the wrong nozzle on the machine.
Not sure what your GPM is? Take an empty 5 gallon bucket - remove the High Pressure Nozzle - remove the downstream injector - look at your watch and pull the trigger. In 15 seconds release the trigger - measure out the water and multiply it by 4 (4 x 15 seconds = 1 minute). Don't think for a minute that just because you have a 5 gallon per minute pump on your equipment that you are actually getting 5 GPM. The manufacturer may have the pump pulleyed down because the don't have enough engine to drive rated gallons per minute of the pump at the advertised pressure.
