PWI is now "open"

The board is now open for anyone to view, the entire thing.......and search it.......and email members......even if they are not registered.

The only thing a non registered person can't do is post.



I have even entertained the thought of making a special forum for non registered users to post in...........but I'm afraid it would get out of hand. Anyone up for trying it? It could be entertaining......

That might be a good idea. We would have to moderatei it very closely. The laughs could be worth it though...

OH NO! please tell me my e mail addy is not going to become clogged with a bunch of nonsense from all the people fishing for $$$ in there form of business. Whatever form of business that may be.
I thought that was why I regesterd to begin with. To keep it on a professional level.

The e-mail has been public to members on this BBS for years, it was only recently locked down. So don't go gettin all upity...everythings gonna be ok!
 
Anyone has the ability to edit their user options so they can't get emails from other users. Other users being able to email you can come in handy more often then it would be a bother.

If you would like to make it so no one can email you from this bbs, go up to the link "user cp" ........then choose "edit options". About halfway down there are two checkboxes regarding emails. I would appreciate it if you left the one that allows the admin to email you...........but, the choice is yours.

As Grant pointed out, this is no differerent then the past or any other bulletin board.
