Pump up sprayer needed . . . .

I dont know about muriatic acid, but I bought one from HD for $30, worked perfect with bleach and oxalic ... even though on the box it says no kinds of acids or bleach ... I guess if you don't plan to use it forever, anything works? Don't quote me on that though

Hey guys i need a pump up sprayer that can hold up to muriatic acid. . . was thinking about using my x jet but some one stole it off my damn trailer lol plus i think it would prolly kill me from the "fogging" spray that comes out of an x jet . . .

any how i need a pump up that can handle this stuff :)

Sorry man, too bad you didnt ask sooner becuase I'd send mine to ya, but I busted it the other day. :(

I use one made by Hydro - Force. It's the TWBS model which stands for The Worlds Best Sprayer. It has viton seals for the acid and is completely rebuildable. They cost about $60 but will outlast anything else.

Will any of these sprayers handle Hydrofloric acid? I've been trying to find a 12 volt sprayer for shooting acids but i haven't had much luck. If you know of a pump up or 12 volt sprayer for constant use with heavy acids let me know, I need about 5 of them!

What are you spraying with that much HF Henry?

We use HF in the hydro force sprayer all the time.

Hello DJ Carroll,

We use old syrup canisters that were used in the dispensing of pop.

We changed the fittings on top so we can use a small air compressor. Have not tried them with acids (haven't needed too) but we use them for caustics and bases.

When spraying acid we use our hose-end sprayers.

Here are some pictures.

We use a lot of Heavy Duty Restoration cleaner from Prosoco on a bunch of buildings were cleaning. It's too hazerdous to spray with an m5 and I'm not wild about downstreaming it so I'm trying to find a 2-3 GPM 12 volt sprayer and some pump ups that will work with it for extended times.

We use heavy duty restoration cleaner all the time as well. Please let me know when you find a pump. Thanks
