proposal protocol question

Hi, fellas great site. I know you get a lot of repeated questions but I gotta ask. Is there a web site or program that you know of that has a template for making proposals?
I’ve pretty much purchased almost all of the gear needed to start a P-W business and want to go at it full time but I’d rather have a contract or two b4 hitting the bricks.

Also when presenting proposals what is the protocol?
 
There is one software that Mike H. over at PWNA bbs made and gives it out for free. It works pretty good. You might do a search on this board or the other ones to find it.
