Property Managers are still looking for new contractors for their New Year contracts

I got a call yesterday and I have to go look at a few properties in the day light, I stopped last night in the dark while out working, but I need light to fully see what I need to do. I'm not sure what they are trying to do, Save Money or Get Better Work or both as the work I seen in the dark was real shabby and I bet I know who is doing there work LOL it has their Name all over it. With things screwed up the way they are they are still looking, this I know, thats 4 in the last week that have called me without any cold call selling. I will ask more questions today too, But I think this is a referral from a PM that I already work for and I will take a few pics as soon as the sun comes up here, I always try to take pics so when I get home I know what I'm up against when I bid on them.

I hope these work out they are right next to other properties that we already service and that makes it much easier with no driving time, only work time.

WOW I just looked at this Property and it is REAL DIRTY, I can see why they are looking around. I think this year PM's will look to see what they are getting for their Money and if it is not done right they are GOING to look for a better price and better work.

Try Pure Water cleaning for the windows. We use deioniced water and a water fed pole from the ground. It makes an easy job of the windows but the filters cost a little so it is not any cheaper for the customer. I have seen vides of guys cleaning 7 story buildings with a water fed pole, there is one guy on the roof with a roap to help with the weight. Our pole can reach 4+ stories and weighs very little
