Property Managers are Shopping

Property Managers are really shopping around here in the reno area and I mean big time. I had a meeting today and it was all about PRICE, the work they are getting is not bad and she came out and told me they were shopping for PRICE and wanted bids on 3 centers, things are getting interesting Right now with all the bargain hunting going on. I hope I don't loose any centers from bargain hunting.

This is the major problem everywhere, they are all looking for a good deal. So even when you think you are giving them a great price to get the work, your not even close!!

There are alot of so called companies out there that will do it for close to nothing just to keep there guy's working.
