I had logo'd coffee cups, pens & T shirts made for giveaways & gifts to my property managers and other customers and they were a great success over the past year+

Which would you rather have given to you (commercail clients) Logo'd Post Its or a logo'd note pad?

I like the Post Its. I get a ton of note pads and they pile up and then I throwthem out

Any other good affordable gift ideas?

every Xmas I give pastries to many PM companies and some kind of gift to many.

What about calculators I can get those at a decent price usually

You are right I would say 70% are women that I deal with

Those are great chocolates, I like those alot,Just to pricey for now. I send 2 dozen fresh made Italian Mini Pastries every year to about 15 different offices and its only $20 per 2 doz and everyone LOVES them. I just like to send a little promo thing with them

Would you rather have Post Its or Notepads?

dont send chocolates in the summer, they go bad, worms grow in them.

Jeff, I would go for post-it. Note pads stay by the phone as a scratch pad.
Post-it notes will travel. People will take them home, uses endless.
