I did one the other day. What a pain in the butt.
The stipping and brightning are easy, as is sealing it. Its all the sanding. Mom's dont want the kids getting splinters, nor do I.
play sets are all diffrent sizes so there is no "one price fits all" i use "safe" stripper, citric acid to brighten and penofin as the sealer.
Sanded with 120 grit and scotch brite pads.
smaller is $150 plus sealer, up to $300 for a real big one that needs a lot of sanding.
If it's like the one Idid it has lots of metal and plastic stuff, so its faster to seal with a brush.
