Pressure Washing Project in The Woodlands, TX

The Woodlands is an upscale city just north of Houston where you find some of the most beautiful houses - and most demanding customers. You can't be "average" and make it but if you know what you're doing and pay a little attention to details when your pressure washing it is a great market!

This is one of probably 30 window sills on a multi million dollar house in The Woodlands. After we soft washed to whole house and before we cleaned the windows I went around all the windows and used about a 3% houswash mix and sprayed all the mildewed caulking around all the windows and the sills and the customer was beyond happy and has been a stream of referrals . 95% of power washing contractors would not have done this which is why there are only a few of us that have a good enough reputation to make it here!

Why did your house mix not take it off when washing the house? I know when we clean a house it comes off with everything else, Not knocking your work just asking.

Most of it did but the caulking still needed some extra attention. It is very sfot, pliable and pourous caulk and the black mildew penetrated pretty deep. The sills were fine but the caulking all around the windows needed some extra love!
