Yeah I used to be a sub contracter for a local hood cleaning company... spent many a night on a roof in freezing temps!

If you guys are already on the roofs why wouldn't you look into cleaning AC filters too? For restaurants I get between $16 and $64 per unit and you can do even the most difficult and largest ones in less than 10 minutes. The $16.00 ones can be done in less than 2 minutes. Most restaurants have at least 3 units. (in our area even more). That is a miniumum extra 48.00 for just a few minutes work.
