Pressure washing in dry climates

I've noticed that a lot of the pressure washing applications discussed here are most needed in humid climates--mold on roofs, houses, etc. I live in the desert, more or less, in Utah. Some needs are universal to any climates, like removing oil from parking lots or gum from store fronts. What other pressure washing needs have you experts found a lot of in the dry climates?
