More Club houses, we wash ten places and theres 165 with in 30 minutes. I will start targeting these now.....they are busy and have money from all the tourist now.

I cleaned 4 golf courses in 2010. Good money in golf courses. There is a lot of sidewalks. Upscale courses pay better.
They are not broke!!! lots of people golfing on huge incomes

Mini Golf places as well. We do tons of them and most are once a year $2-3k buy the time we are done (one day) two guys. We built a very small trailer to pull behind a quad to get in and around those tight spaces. Find your nich!!!
