Pressure Washing Contractor Becomes Hero

I read that, Carlos is a good man.

Way to go Carlos. They would have been screwed if it was one of our rigs. The helping guy would have had to turn the key with one hand, hold the gun open with the other, jiggle the choke back and forth with his teeth and spray in carb cleaner with his elbow. Then pray it would start. After the car was burned to the ground it would start in the 70th pull. Da#n you harbor freight!!!!!

But good job Carlos. Another good reason to keep our equipment in top shape.

I''m in town all week. We can drive around and look for people trapped under their cars and can save them with the aerial lift. At least that works when needed! (I didn't buy it from harbor freight.) :)

I say we all go out and light some cars on fire on our local freeways and then take pictures of us putting them out with our pressure washers, that way we can all have an article in the magazine. (j/k Carlos)

Great job Carlos, I'm always glad to see a pressure washer here in California making a positive impact on something.

I was working this week in a neighborhood and a guy comes rolling in with an RV he just bought. I picked up this weird smell and look over and smoke was billowing out of his RV. This is in a cul-de-sac, so know likelihood of getting a write up, but that didn't stop me from thinking of the Carlos episode. The first thing I thought was, how much water was in my tank (I learned from Carlos to keep water for helping people). I approached the RV and asked where was the battery hook up. Once I found out I disco'd the battery and the smoke died down. I just squirted some water from the house on it for good measure and it was over. The seller of the RV came and refunded his money.
