Here is some before and afters of a house washing in Chattanooga TN we did last week. We used SH and Fresh Wash all it needed was some dwell time. The owner said he had the house for 12 years and never had washed it before.

Nice job Phil. 12 yrs? It looked it. Hahaha! Looks brand new. Now ya may wanna try bringing his roof back to life. That could use a good cleaning too. Heck, he'll have a brand new house when your done!!! :yeah:

+1. That's one of the troubles with residential out here. Plus it would cost way too much to try and retain them afterward.

Thanks for the comments guys. I like getting houses like this every now and then. I video it also and have some editing to do before I post to cut the time down as it is 40 minutes long as it is now. I did give them a price on the roof after we finished. They were concern if the house would come clean and I felt they would be more convinced that the roof would come clean after they saw the house afterwards.
The reason they waited so long and you heard the story before the husband was always going to do it but never took the time. Finally the wife made the decision to just go ahead and get it done. Also they are retired and spend most of their time on the lake in their other home so this is out of sight most of the time.
