power washing rates

I operate a hood cleaning company and have had some proposals for power washing different areas, kitchen floor, sidewalks, dump areas, etc. What is the best way to bid these projects? Per square foot seems to be the best way I can think of, but I have no clue in how much I should charge. Thanks for any input.

i would seem to think if your customers are happy with your current rates use your average hourly rate to use as a scale for your cost.
