Posting picture of my Rig

I finally downloaded some pictures from my digital camara into my files.

Now when I go to post a picture of my Rig here it keeps saying that the file is to big. Max size to post is 102400 bytes.

So my question is how do you minimize the amount of bytes in the picture so it can post here?

I use Adobe Photo Shop or Window's Micrografix. Both programs allow you to resize your picture. You can locate this option in the tool bar. When you save your pic, make sure to save it as a jpeg or gif file. Bmp files are usually large and there is difficulty on all the BBS to use them. One more thing, when you use Adobe, save the file in a medium file size.
