poly "tubing" for downspout diversion

I had a link and lost it for a product about like garbage bag material that came in a roll. It was disposable about 4 or 5 inch diameter tube and could tape around downspout to divert the runoff. Any one know what it is called and where to order it?
 
A buddy of mine here came up with the most unique way to divert the downspouts.
He took a rubber glove, stretched it around the spout, cut a hole in a finger and streched it over a garden hose and ran the host to the street.
You know what they say about necessity being the mother of invention? I think this nailed the concept.
