plugs going bad..

What could be causing this? The unloader is K7 and there is no hammer effect, but obviously there is some sort of hammer effect??.. The pressure seems to be normal at the head. I am replacing plugs too often..

Mine look like that after every job. I use a file and just take off the metal that is rolled down from the balls in the quick connect.

Buy Stainless Steel they last longer.. Brass is cheap and just doesn't hold up well

Change the coupler? They do wear out eventually. Stainless coupler instead of brass?

Lori has the stainless ones at a very reasonble price. I switched out to stainless and love it. put some high temp brake greas on fittings and life will becom alot easier. I use the grease on all threaded fittings as well.

I hardly replace the plugs on the other machine and I use it more than this. Something is causing the excessive wear of plugs on this machine..

That is common wear, when they start giving you trouble change both sides male and female.
