Thank you Ron and everyone it is great to be back in this forum. When Pete Marentay took over I knew everyone was in great hands. I have enjoyed a great friendship with Pete over the years that extends beyond business. Pete has meant a lot to the industry over the years and to PWI and just want to recognize him and thank him for his time here and as he continues to help. I look forward to posting and connecting with all the great folks on PWI moving forward, feels like being home!
 
Excited to have you posting again on the boards regurally Everett, your posts from back in the day are still a wealth of knowledge
