Pinnacle Studio software

Does anyone on here use the pinnacle studio software?

I am trying to make a highlight tape for my son and it was working fine but now it keeps telling me to unlock Dolby encoding and it won't let me go past this.

Anyone run into this?

you have to call customer service and they will give you the codes. I had the same problem with it.

I use Pinnacle Studio 12, never experienced the unlock Dolby encoding issue.

They dont send the codes with the software when you buy it.

The first DVD went so smooth I thought,man this is easy.Then BAM encoding thing pops up and I'm dead in the water.I'll keep loading the games in while it will let me.
