ersonal opinion:
Being in the Phoenix area, you also have to keep your hand on your wallet. I went there one time when I absolutely needed a part, and the first words out of his mouth were to ask me who I was washing for, and what was I charging. It did not sit well with me, especially with his close ties to Lance the the Carwashguys. Then to pay over MSRP for a part, not again, thanks.
