Here is a picture of the new home, it's a newley renovated 1888 Victorian Home. The best part is it overlooks the harbor and 1 minute to the boat ramp.:thumbup:

Great looking place! Never been there but for the navigation part of my commercial USCG captains license I had to use the Block Island Sound charts. Looks like a super boating/fishing area.
 
Looks like a great home, get that wood stove going its been 52 in MA this moring. I will be by to shoot some hoops. I bet its nice to be home.
 
What a beautiful house and location. Not far from there Nick over by the park and tennis courts at the bottom of port hill you can find a house that Barnum lived from the Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus. Man I love that area. I might move there myself one of these days. Just beautiful.
