i think you are on to something there

wow! you got it that clean and you only used a push broom. this is something that i am going to have to try myself. no runoff & no rinsing. you have reinvented the wheel!

thanks pal,

rando

I dount he just used a push broom

That looks great Mark! Awesome first before and after.

What was the sauce ??

I used approx 60% water with 40% chlorine then I added some borax and Ajax liquid. It worked real well. After about 10-15 minutes you could see the stains disappear. I let it dwell for about 20-25 minutes and rinsed. I gave it a second coat to get rid of some stains that did not come up completely the first time.

This is not the mixture for apple sauce that you will see mentioned on this site. If you would like the recipe for that use the search and you will find some recipes for roof cleaning

Mark your mix was perfect. If you wanted you could just use the liquid and exnay the borax. Theres no need for that other stuff.

great job on your first one!! There is definately $$ to be made in this business.

Not true Mark. In January last year, I posted my first No pressure roof cleaning pictures. Just absorb what everyone tells you and figure out what works best for you.

And trust me, there are alot of guys here that know a heck of alot more than I probably ever will too.

Mark, Great B/A after pics. Next time you have a Roof with a lot of debris on it try using a leaf blower to remove it. It will be 100 times faster and it will also prevent any possible granual loss from brushing. Keep up the great work!!! Roof Looks Good! :)

I agree with the blower, beside that you did a great job and good pics.

Ditto!! or just use your P/W and blow it off in seconds, just keep it real high off the roof. Great Job!!

Are any of you guys interested in some Ajax in bulk? A plant local to me has several totes full of "Ajax Dishwashing Liquid Traditional" They are a custom filling operation and are having problems with the filling machines.

If anyone has any interest PM me.
