The greatly expanded Phil Ackland's Commercial Kitchen Fire Manual is nearing completion. It will be my most definitive work ever.
We have sent proof copies of the Service Provider's and Inspection's chapters out to your "representatives" on the NFPA 96 committee for Peer Review, but have not heard back from them and we are running out of time. So, in a spirit of openness want to open up the review to any who wish to assist from the cleaning field.
Any who would like to assist in reviewing the material for currency can email us and we will see you are directed to a link to download the material.
Tomorrow we will also post a list of the current table of contents to the entire book. If you feel capable of reviewing a different chapter we can see what we can do.
All reviewers who request it, will be listed as contributors or Peer Reviewers.
