Pay Back !!

The Cleaner

Vetran Washer 30 Years Plus
Had my trailer on my driveway last night after working late. 4am my driveway sensor goes off, I run out to find two punk ass kids in the bed of my truck helping themselves to my sh*t. Well long story short they got a little chewed up by duke and an ass kicking from the old man.

I didnt call the cop's because I was worried that they would take my dog, so I told them if they were ever caught near my house again that they would never see another day. I am sure this will not be the end of this but they were in my truck on my property, but we all know how the justice system works in favor of criminals. I probably should have just shot the bastards but they were no older than 16 or 17 yrs old.

Get yourself some of these motion detectors for your property they work great and there silent sensors with a portable alarm box that you can put next to you where ever you are in the house. Or just get a Great DOG !!

I feel your pain Nick.I'm not only dealing with thieves, but people sabotaging stuff on my rig whenever my back is turned.
In the last couple of months we have had 2 pump oil dipsticks taken,The yellow cap off a third has gone missing.A couple of weeks ago someone helped them self to a roof cleaning wand, last week it was 3 push brooms and 2 shovels.Today I found someone has ripped the plug wire spark-er and boot off of our John blue pump and for some time now the motor has been blowing oil from the rocker cover.I finally found the problem this afternoon.A crack just below the oil spout that looks as if it were hit with a hammer.
It's always the stuff that can't be locked to the trailer rails that they take and what is bolted or chained down they damage. This BS costs money and if I catch the Dbag doing I will not hesitate to detain them by and measure necessary.
In the past it's been 2 oil dipstick from the motor and the choke rod assembly.

Florida's gun laws changed 2 years ago, now we can shoot if we feel threatend, no more retreat first, then shoot if no other option. In the back of my truck? I would feel threatend.

Under Florida law, there is no "duty to retreat" if you are attacked in any place you have a lawful right to be. Instead, you may stand your ground and meet force with force, including deadly force, if you reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm to yourself or others.

Florida has mandatory sentence enhancements for any serious felony, such as murder, rape, aggravated assault, burglary or robbery, committed with a firearm. The penalty is increased if a machine gun or a semiautomatic firearm with magazine capacity of more than 20 centerfire cartridges is possessed during a serious felony or narcotics offense.
It is unlawful to knowingly discharge a firearm in any public place, or on the right of way of any paved public road, highway or street or over any road, highway, street or occupied building, except in defense of life or property, in performance of official duties or where expressly approved for hunting.

Except during the hunting season as established by law, it is unlawful to carry a firearm within the limits of a national forest area. Exempt are persons who have obtained a special permit by the county commissioners or persons traveling on state roads when the firearm is securely locked within a vehicle.

It is unlawful to have or carry a firearm in the presence of one or more persons and exhibit the firearm in a rude, careless, angry, or threatening manners, except in cases of self-defense. The state legislature has preempted the regulation of firearms and ammunition. No political subdivision of the state may bring legal action against a firearms or ammunition manufacturer or distributor for the legal manufacture, marketing, distribution, and sale of firearms and ammunition.

I hope duke got a bloody steak for dinner tonight. I'm glad I haven't had any issues like that at home anyway. Sounds like the cameras are a good idea. I hate to admit it but I was one of those punk ass kids many years ago. I'd hate to think I'd kill someone over property. If a physical threat exists then that's a whole other story and all bets are off. A good duke ass chewing is a good price to pay. I think I'd take their drivers license or ID just so they'd know I knew where to look. Today a 16 yr old may draw and kill you first. Times have changed.

Indiana is the same we can use deadly force to prevent serious bodily injury or death upon us or others. We can also use it to prevent an unlawful entry into a dwelling. An occupied car has been defined as a dwelling such during a car jacking.

I installed the camera's a few years ago, after some punk illegal alien decided to end his high speed Police chase in my driveway, jump my backyard fence, where he became a new shredding toy for my Rottweilers. Believe it or not, this piece of sh*t illegal scumbag actually had someone file a civil case against me and my wife, as the homeowners, for the injuries that he suffered by my dogs (which, it was discovered were paid for by Arizona's welfare medical care system). The case was thrown out the first Court date. Our attorney suggested we invest in the camera system in case any future self defense situations ever arise.

My trailer is always under lock & key but last night I got home late and had to do some work on it. So I left it in the driveway and put all my surface cleaners in my garage. They were only looking for stuff in the back of my truck bed. All my equipment is bolted down to the trailer so no worries about that stuff.

There just stupid ass kids who need an ass woopin, Hell ask lonnie about enclosed trailers, they took the whole trailer right out of his yard. If they want it bad enough they will find a way. Being prepared for it helps and I love my sensors because it gives u time to catch them in the act. I had a few false alarms before and ran outside with a 357mag to find a lizard sitting on the sensor lol.

We had 8k worth of carpentry tools stolen from an enclosed trailer a few years ago. The locks sure didnt slow them down.

I was working a job in Dec and someone was watching the carpentry crew take a break at 9am to 9:15 they came in and took 6 boxs of dewalt tools and other stuff while there where at break. All the tools had the engraved name of the company on them. But they still never got them back.
