Paving cleaning - no sand out..

I have this paving restaurant patio that I clean every two weeks. Every time I clean it, some sand comes out of it. The general manager of the restaurant understands the need and benefit of re-sanding and sealing the paving. The problem is that the patio is part of the entire entrance (all paving) of the building which has nothing to do with the restaurant. If I keep pressure cleaning it, at some point the paving bricks will start to come lose and get un-leveled which will be quite an issue. Of course there is no way that me or the GM of the restaurant could convince the association of the building to have the entire paving area sealed unless it’s free. What would you do in this situation? Is there any way of cleaning a paving surface with low pressure or any other way that will avoid the sand to come out?

Thank You!

You may as well sand and seal it for them if you want to keep the account. Sounds like they may blame you and make you pay for it in the end anyway. How cheap can an association be? These people kill me.

Larry, The patio is a small part of a quite large paving entrance. There is no way I would do it for free. If I seal only the patio (which I can't do without the permission of the association), it will look ugly as hell.
