Pavers

The Cleaner

Vetran Washer 30 Years Plus
Wehave been doing alot of paver sealing on some high end homes. I was just wondering how most of u go about sanding in the joints. I have balled valved it in and I have also swept it in then blown off the remaining sand, which in my opinion takes a little longer but gives a much better sanding?

Also on the dilution of seal & lock we normally will add 3gal of water to a 5 gal superwet? Sometimes we save some straight for a final coat. Just wondering what other guys are doing, we have been having great results with the above mix.

That looks fantastic - great job!

Hey Clark...

Davis Color...Powder...added it to the sealant mix the night before.

Original color of the pavers was a red/orange brick color. Customer wanted to darken it up. First time doing this type of sealing

Do u mix up both parts the night before then add the color?

No...I did not use the Seal N Lock sealant for this job. As you know, when you mix the 2 parts there is only a certain amount of time that you have to use it. This sealant is an alternate brand that I use on occasions...I mixed the color in the night before.
