LOS ANGELES - Patrick Swayze, the hunky actor who danced his way into viewers' hearts with "Dirty Dancing" and then broke them with "Ghost," died Monday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57.
"Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months," said a statement released Monday evening by his publicist, Annett Wolf. No other details were given.

He will be missed. He made some great movies. I still remember having to watch Dirty dancing with my mom about 30 times. LOL. I still watch Roadhouse everytime its on. I love that movie.

RIP Patrick :angel2:

He will be missed, I like the movies, Dirty Dancing, Ghost and RoadHouse, those were good movies.

Sad to see those people suffering like that.

After watching that video Nick, man I have to say I smiled then I ....teared up,

Human Life, sometimes I assume/take for granted that things and people would be around tomorrow but the reality is the probability of dying is 100%.

I hear ya brother, dying is the only thing we all have to do !!

Road House and Point Break are 2 classics.

Steve: Being called a cocksukcer isn't personal?
Dalton: No. It's two nouns combined to elicit a prescribed response.
Steve: What if somebody calls my mama a whore?
Dalton: Is she?

I forgot about Point Break, that was another good one for sure

The Chippendales skit with him and Chris Farley is still one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life. Sad, both of them passed too young.

I do that skit with a buddy of mine...LOL Guess who I play????

Way to young

Patrick Swaze was just an all around good dude. I have a close friend who is my age that has been diagnosed for 3 years with Pancreatic cancer. This news is going to be terrible for him. I hope my friend gets a miracle cure becaues he deserves it. He got it from 9-11 when he was there everyday looking for bodies and maybe some people still alive....He is a hero and he is a Fireman!!!!

Another good Patrick Swaze movie I saw when I was younger was "YoungBlood" with Robe Lowe. I was a Hockey player back in the day and this move rocked...
