Parking lot pricing

Hi. Happy New Year to everyone. Quick questions-I need to price a decent sized lot approx. 17,270 sq. feet. I will be using a hot water, 3500psi, 5gpm unit with a concrete cleaner. Any recommendation of how much to charge per sq. foot.? I will be treating the oil spots in the lot and removing a small amount of gum mainly near the mall walkway. When cleaning residential concrete or mall walkways, I always pre-treat the surfaces. The only areas I was going to pre-treat here are the parking spaces. I've done many strip malls, but never a large lot so any advice would help. I am a perfectionist so I want this to look good.
Thanks and God Bless!!!!

I know some of you have seen this before but perhaps CHOLDIER might be able to compare the lot he is doing with this one.

A word here CSoldier, careful how you go about cleaning around the cars.

It's All Up TO You

It all depends on what the job is worth to you to do at a slower point and time of year, if it's being bid out you should probably consider going a little lower than reccomended if you need the work. I think most of the pricing policies I have seen say go at a rate of .08 to .15 cents/Sq. Ft., If you want the job really bad, .06 cents/Sq. Ft. If the job is not being bid out, 10 cents/Sq. Ft. I followed the policy here for a job of just under 300,000 Sq.Ft. and I went in slightly lower than most in my area at .10 Sq. FT and I landed the contract among three others bidding, because I wasn't greedy being near the Holidays and all. You do the math it is a great profit margin here, but it's all on what the market allows and what you are willing to do the job for.

Best of Luck

I will agree with Andrew at .10 cents a sg. ft for a starting point.
For a larger area you discount a little or for a smaller area go up,or if you are really sloww go down but not below .08 cents.GOOD LUCK on get the job.
