I'm glad she is going back. But, we will have to see if she actually spends the entire sentence. Apparently, it's one thing to order it, and something altogether different to enforce. I don't understand how a Sheriff can make a decision countering the judgement handed down by the court. Sounds a little shady to me.

well that tv said she gets 1 day for each day served .... that is called "good time" so she will actually only do 23 days
