P W N A Contacted me today regarding my post saying the wouldnt call me back.......they were apologetic and very sincere,and explained to me that it was back when they were getting ready for the convention and also right after a time of transition.....so thanks goes out to Regina for the phone call and for the follow up ........

"right after a time of transition" ?? What the check to the phone company bounced ......and they repoed your phones?? It should never take months to call back....PERIOD

Lou, at least they made the effort, I have failed to return phone call ontime. I still call late and give it my best shot.

The Transition was a big step for us but still no excuse for us to miss out on not returning anyones calls. I'm glad to hear that Regina has called you.
