oxalic, Caustic questions not answered in search

I have done several searches and not found the answer I am looking for.

When using Oxalic acid on concrete to brighten, will it aid in removing the stains embedded in concrete? If so what mix ratio would you use when DSing it on.

What are the differences between caustic beads and flakes, or other forms of caustic? Which is better for mixing for concrete. Most of the cleaning I do is oil and transmission fluid spilled onto concrete and wondering if there is a better way to get the stains below the top layer out?

1st question - some stains can be safely removed. Oil and grease ? No, ............... Rust ? Yes

I dont use oxalic - I use something else, its way more aggressive and dangerous so I dont post it due to the fact someone may injure themselves or others. It is neutralize and everything is safe when I am done.

Caustic beads and Caustic Falkes are just that - beads are tiny little balls that are almost granular and flakes are like "cereal" (small frosted flakes) I prefer the beads , hummm and I really dont know why, I guess thats maybe because its all I can get 98% of the time. But they clean the same I guess the correct answer would be one dissolves more rapidly than the other.

As far as oil and tranny fluid ? Chris like my dad says "it is what it is" you wont be able to remove it all, I mean come on if you are talking about gas stations? Dont waste the time, tomorrow they will look like you were never there, the spots will be back as soon as someone in a 1976 Monte Carlo pulls up and gets a gallon or two. On gas stations Chris the main thing they are worried about is safety and liability (or they should be), 1) GET UP ALL GUM 2)THEY WANT THEIR STORE FRONT CLEAN! 3) CLEAN AND DEGREASE ALL THAT YOU CAN AROUND PUMPS AND PARKING SPACES. 4) GET OUT OF THERE SO THEY CAN RE-OPEN. The less down time for them and the faster you are in and out the happier they are. They cant stand to be shut down and PLEASE PLEASE dont let them dictate to you how to do your job, I cant tell you the times that I have argued and fought over why I have to turn all the pumps off. (Lets see hot water washers have "BURNERS" they have flames ! Flames + Gas fumes = Me DEAD or a customer or employee and IF I live then I am sued for EVERYTHING I have and they will get it !
