Usage is for neutralizing after stripping wood, removing rust stains from concrete or vinyl siding. Each manufacturer will have slightly different ratios for mixing

buy some citric acid and mix it 50/50 with the oxalic. Works great on brightnen/neutralizing wood. You can just use cirtic for wood - not as good, but does a good job and safe compared to oxalic.
