our little fishing boat

Hmm, next thing you know you are going to hold roundtables on the boat so that people can be in your presence...;)

I have had a boat since I was 16 and I never regreted to this day owning them. I think the people who say that are just not boating people. Like anything else if u take care of it it will run forever.

The past 18 months is the first time I've boatless since my youth. I'm thinking about what the next one will be.

Boats are no more an investment than a motorcycle. I always laugh when I see a bike listed on Craigslist and they say $25K invested instead of $25K spent. I've "spent" a bunch on boats and motorcycles I regret none.

He who dies with the most toys wins. hahahaha

A hole in the water you pour money.

Boats and motorcycles are like crack. And they are totally impulse purchases. Nobody buys a boat because they "need" one. I dont own a boat because I need one, I want one.

My boat is named " On The Job " so when someone calls and asks where Im at, I can truthfully say , Im on the Job.

Like Tony said, they can be a real money pit. Even though all my toys are paid for. My personal philosophy is you dont finance entertainment. Maintenance can be a killer sometimes.

Like Crack ? Question Michael, how does a Texan say NO to Crack ? Answer - He pulls up his pants :nanner:

Dang Russ, that's a nice boat! You could start a side business with that.:thumbup2:

Here's mine, lol! This boat went through San Diego harbor a few days ago. My sister took the pics from her condo. She said a Russian billionaire owns it!
