Guy says $1 per house sf so I ask to verify 2400 sf house = $2400. He says yeah but I may come off a little after some questions. So I'm playing the game trying to figure out he does it. Heck I can wash my house and two car garage all vinyl in about an hour, hour and a half tops.

Now since I've told him my house is only one and a half story not two stories and a two car garage he says he could do it for $1200. I need to quit pulling his chain but man I want to find out how he gets that kind of price.

"Processes: 1. Cover all exterior electrical outlets. 2. Survey the exterior for any signs of mildew or mold. 3. Set up the pressure washing machine. 4. Spray the home beginning with the area closest to the roof line, and then gradually work your way down to the foundation. 5. Hand scrub problem areas. 6. Rinse I'm not too sure. Some house may take longer than others. It should take 4-6 hrs roughly. Since time is relative, I charge $.50/ sq ft. for houses less than 2 stories. That's $1200. "

$.50 a square foot is great. Just think, I can almost make double the amount of $$$ just washing houses than I can cleaning parking garages. There is be a event coming up soon showing everyone on how to make $.50 a square foot washing houses.
 
Down here most will average $100 per 1000 sq ft for a Housewash. Paint Prep will get $150 per 1000 sq ft. If anymore than that they call Larry...lol
